St Ives Show Honey Competition, run by the Parramatta branch of the Amateur Beekeepers, this is a truly local showcase of our regions honey. The competition is for hobbyists and amateurs alike to have their products appraised and compared to other regions of Sydney. Categories include Liquid Honey, Creamed and Granulated, Comb honey, Beeswax and Candles.

Entries must be delivered to the NSBKA Clubhouse at Myoora Road between 5pm and 7pm or to James Ruse Agricultural High School Farm (Baker Street, Carlingford) on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
● Entry Fee: $5.00 per entry cash only accepted.
● Product Requirements: Honey entries must be provided in three standard 500g glass jars.
● Collection: Entries must be collected from the St Ives Showground between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on Sunday, 18 May 2025, or from the NSBKA clubhouse by appointment.
● Certificates will be awarded for First, Second, and Third in each class.
Maximum entries of two per class.

● Competitors ID to be the last 4 digits of your mobile number. This should be written on a small sticker and placed in an inconspicuous place on your entry (on the lid of honey jars, around the base of Mead bottles and on the bottom of wax and candles)
